Ingredients
– 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
– Pinch of salt
– Optional: turmeric or paprika for color
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings to a blender or food processor.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Pour the mixture onto the sheet and spread into a thin, even layer.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is firm.
7. Let cool for a few minutes before peeling off the parchment paper.
